Atty. David Padin

Atty. David Roy C. Padin combines legal expertise, public policy experience, and corporate leadership to deliver practical, business-oriented legal counsel.

He previously served as a Legislative Officer in the House of Representatives and later held leadership roles in the private sector. His experience spans regulatory compliance, government relations, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

Atty. Padin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law, and an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

Atty. Stephanie Olea

Atty. Stephanie Marie Abigail B. Olea advises startups and established businesses on corporate formation, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and strategic legal matters.

A Certified Compliance Officer and Certified Tax Compliance Officer, she brings experience from both government and private practice, including work with the Office of the Solicitor General and specialized law firms.

She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Economics and Legal Management from De La Salle University–Manila and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Carlos, where she was a member of the Debate and Mooting Team.
